What is IDX or Broker Reciprocity?
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) or Broker Reciprocity is an agreement between real estate brokers to enable another office to display their listings on a website.
Do you offer services in my area?
All IDX requests are handled on an individual basis. We contact each MLS board of which you are a member to verify that IDX is supported.
Why would anyone schedule on-line?
Appointment scheduling on-line is convenient. Its 11:00 pm when you suddenly realize that you need a hair cut or doctor appointment etc. Will you remember to call the hair salon sometime tomorrow? Busy at work the next day, you wonder if you can get in for a quick tanning session at lunch. You don't want to be tied up on the phone dealing with the tanning salon, but it's easy to look for an appointment on-line while you're doing something else. You're calendar is full but you'd sure like to get in a massage, so rather than having to juggle your appointment with a receptionist, you can see their schedule and easily find an open time.
How do we get all of our customers registered?
Let your customers know that you are accepting appointments online and they can register by clicking “Sign up” link on your web site or you can register them over the phone.
What do I get if my friends sign up?
Send customers our way and we'll give you a free month for every customer that signs up. They must use Online Scheduling for 3 months and then we'll credit your account
May I have my own domain name?
Your store belongs to you and will feature your products exclusively. Your store WILL be on your own domain… www.yourdomain.com.
